1.What information should I give to you for inquiry?
We usually need CAD design drawing to quote,such as .dxf/.dwg / .stp / .igs format file.
If you don't have,can send us some product photos first
2. how about the quality?
We will check the parts tolerance after processing and do pre-test / assembly for you before shipping.
3.Is it possible to return the money if the quality is not good?
Yes,we'll do compensation if it is our processing error.
But our good QC will avoid this happen.
